Installation payment option

How your Payflex installation works.

Your installation fee can be paid through Payflex in three instalments.

Start by completing the signup form. Our team will then arrange an on-site signal and technical assessment to confirm coverage at your location.

Once coverage has been confirmed, we will load your installation invoice in the NFI WiFi Customer Portal so you can pay using your existing Payflex account or register for a new Payflex account.

From signup to installation

Follow these steps

Complete the NFI WiFi signup form and select your preferred package.

Our team will contact you to arrange an on-site signal and technical assessment.

Once coverage is confirmed, we will load your installation invoice in the NFI WiFi Customer Portal.

Open the Welcome email sent to you and use the link provided to access your customer portal.

Open the installation invoice, select “Pay by Netcash” and choose Payflex as the payment option.

Log in to your Payflex account, or register for a new account, and complete the payment.

After payment

Once the payment has been successfully processed and allocated to your NFI WiFi account, our team will contact you to arrange the installation.
